The Spring Summer 2021 collection by Amina Rubinacci takes shape following a long contemplation and interaction with nature - its forms, its needs and its most varied aspects.
In particular, long contact with the sea has stimulated the delicate color palette, comprised of pastel tones such as pale green, iceberg, sand and ivory....
The colorful coasts of the Mediterranean have inspired the intervention of subtle colors such as pale yellow,
delicate red and antique pink flanked by more decisive tones such as navy, jeans and rope.
An effort was made to give even more space to a sober, elegant, delicate woman.
A woman who is aware of what she wears and the intrinsic value of every single garment generated by the skilled
hands which make craftsmanship and Made in Italy a unique resource.
In the collection the shapes are all found to be more elongated, influenced by the lure of 1970s silhouettes.
The choice of materials was prescribed by a conscious desire to use as much natural fiber as possible such as linen,
cotton and silk.
The motifs which grace the fabrics of the collection reflect both nature in the form of leaves, palm trees and
animal prints, and geometric shapes taken from the 70s.
Increasingly more space has been left for “hand-made” touches such as crochet for fringed edges on both sartorial and knitted garments.
